1. Scope of Services

We offer personalized consultations and guidance tailored to seniors. All service details, schedules, and deliverables are described in individual agreements or on our service pages.

2. Digital Publications

We provide downloadable guides and educational materials in electronic form. Access is granted upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Merchandise

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times and handling procedures are outlined at purchase.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due before the commencement of services or the delivery of products. We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Senior Advisory Services

Clients may request a change of schedule at least 48 hours before a session. If you cancel with sufficient notice, fees may be held as credit toward a future session within ninety days. Sessions cancelled with less notice are not eligible for credit or refund due to reserved availability.

5.2 Digital Publications

Once access to a digital publication is granted, refunds are not available, as materials are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked. Please review all preview content before purchase.

5.3 Merchandise

If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within fourteen days. Upon approval, we will refund the purchase amount or provide a replacement at no extra charge. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for approved cases.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will appear on silveradvise.info with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
